Tutoring Function
Learning is the
highest physical and psychological activity in human life, as a result of
learning activities can lead to changes and improvement in views of new
attitudes and behavior from the results of the learning exercise.
The learning
process that occurs at school must always have clear and purposeful goals as a
guide and role model in learning activities as a student, in that goal
basically involves mastering the knowledge field of attitude building and

Ketut Sukardi there are two factors that arise in learning difficulties,
namely:
a. Endogenous factors,

physical barrier.

psychological barrier.
b. Exogenous
factors, are obstacles that can arise from outside the child, these factors
include:

environment factors.
School
environment factors.
Community
environmental factors.
The presence of
guidance in the process of education and teaching carried out, as a whole can
serve to help and support efforts towards progress, prosperity and achievement
of educational goals for schools and for students, especially in the teaching
and learning process in education and teaching that is carried out.
The main function
of guidance supported by learning services is the maintenance function of
development which will result in the preservation and development of a variety
of positive potentials and conditions for students in order to develop
themselves steadily and sustainably.
According to
Prayetno in his book "Guidance and Counseling in Schools" stated
there are five main functions of the guidance service namely:
a. Introduction
The main effort
in guiding in order to find and provide an understanding of the potential and
abilities of talents and interests, needs, personality traits, problems and
difficulties of students in accordance with facts, data and information so that
he can explore himself as a whole and comprehensive so that it can be
distributed appropriately.
b. Prevention of
problems
In guiding the
efforts of the principle (prevention) and curative (counseling) of all
problems, both those that have not yet occurred or that are experiencing
difficulties in solving them, then try to straighten up so that students can
act and act without dependence on others.
c. School Welfare
Guidance can make
all the goals to be effective in the school, in addition to helping school
officials, especially school principals and teachers, in order to create a
harmonious, healthy and dynamic situation and condition of the school for the
success of education and teaching.

International Dictionary reveals about achievements, namely:

tests are standardized tests for measuring the skills or knowledge by people in
one more lines of work a study" (Webster’s New International Dictionary,
1951: 20)
Meaning is more
or less achievement is a standard test to measure skills or knowledge for

1979: 251)

theory if an activity can satisfy a need, then there is a great tendency to
repeat it. Sources of learning reinforcement can be extrinsic (values,

interpret the situation).

above can be concluded that the notion of learning achievement is the result of
efforts to work or study that shows the size of the skills achieved in the form
of values. While learning achievement is the result of learning effort in the
form of values as a measure of the skills of a learning effort that has been
achieved by someone, learning achievement is indicated by the number of report
cards or summative value tests.

balanced with the work done. In learning there are elements of a plan, the

People who have
this learning style have the sharpness of seeing power. With his eye senses
